Researchers and practitioners from a wide range of disciplinary and professional contexts discussed ‘What does childhood studies mean for Research, Policy and Practice?
Keynote presenters were Prof. Nigel Thomas (University of Central Lancaster); Alison Cleland (University of Auckland) and Assoc. Professor Affrica Taylor (University of Canberra). Affrica’s presentation, entitled ‘What Does the More-than-Human Turn mean for Childhood Studies’, drew upon research conducted by the common world childhoods research collective.
